This Friday, an official celebration event saw the grand re-opening of the Jennings Building, which has been under development since 2015.
Carwyn Jones, the First Minister for Wales, was in attendance for this historic reopening on the Porthcawl seafront. Built in 1832 as a maritime warehouse, the building has had a number of uses but has lain vacant for the past decade.
The ground floor of the building is already home to a coffee shop, pizzeria and bar & grill, while the first floor offers 14 spaces for entrepreneurs to live and work.
Be among the first to get there and enjoy a bite to eat and the fantastic views that this wonderful corner of Wales is famous for!
